How does per-user pricing work?

You are charged only for active members in your workspace. If a member is removed mid-month, billing is adjusted proportionally for annual plans.

What counts as an active user?

Any member who has accepted their invite and has access to at least one workspace. Pending invites are not billed.

Is there a free trial for the Pro plan?

Yes. Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan — no credit card required. You only pay after the trial ends.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can switch at any time. Switching to annual billing credits unused monthly time and applies the annual rate from the next billing cycle.

Does the price include GST?

Prices shown are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST (18%) will be added at checkout as per Indian tax regulations. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.

What payment methods are supported?

We support UPI, net banking, all major credit and debit cards, and popular Indian wallets through our payment gateway.

What happens when I exceed the Free plan limits?

You will be prompted to upgrade. Your existing data is safe — we don't delete anything when limits are reached.

Is my data stored in India?

Yes. All customer data is stored in India-region infrastructure to comply with data residency requirements.
